The Innovative Rollers (Luggage Buddy)

A roller assembly attaches to a suitcase/rollaboard/spinner to provide rolling assistance when initially contacting the riser, while crossing the apex, and/or upon reaching the top tread of one or more steps, and includes an L-shaped frame and rollers. The outer diametrical surface of each roller extends beyond a side of the first frame portion, to provide rolling assistance across the step’s apex. The outer diametrical surface of the first roller extends beyond the upper end of the first frame portion to provide rolling contact with the riser of each step. The outer diametrical surface of the second roller extends beyond the lower end of the first frame portion, and is positioned below/beyond a bottom plane of the suitcase/rollaboard/spinner, to provide rolling contact with a top/tread of each step, prior to the contacting of the OEM wheels with the top of the step, to provide for a smoother transition.

Carrying luggage up the stairs can be physically demanding, especially if stairs are steep, narrow or a winding stairs.

The present invention relates to suitcases/rollaboard/spinner, and more particularly relates to retrofit of a suitcase with particular roller arrangement configured to assist a person when ascending steps pulling the suitcase behind the person.

It makes it easier for people with mobility limitations, or strength or elderly to ascending or decending the stairs.

The luggage rollers are retrofitted 2 to regular luggage 4 for larger luggage. This makes the mobility much easier.
